At TripasGarage, many of our products are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for their intended application. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is materially incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to determine the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Examples may include:

• Incorrectly manufactured dimensions
• Missing or improperly manufactured features
• Significant manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended
• The wrong product being shipped due to an error on our part

Before Ordering

Because our products are often designed for specific applications, please verify fitment, compatibility, and application before placing your order.

If you’re unsure whether a product will work for your application, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help determine compatibility.

We are not responsible for returns or refunds resulting from:

• Incorrect fitment information provided by the customer
• Ordering the wrong product
• Changes to a vehicle or application after purchase
• Customer preference or change of mind
• Products that have been modified, installed, damaged, or misused after delivery
• Normal cosmetic variations associated with manufacturing processes

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the situation and work with you on the appropriate resolution.

If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or video showing the issue

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first and receiving instructions.

Custom & Special-Order Products

Products that are custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, or produced specifically for an order are final sale except in cases involving a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

TripasGarage reserves the right to evaluate each manufacturing-defect claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
