The factory CAS on Nissan RB engines has been in service for decades. Our 36-2 Crank Trigger Kit moves the primary engine position signal directly to the crankshaft, providing your aftermarket ECU with a clean and accurate crank position reference.

Designed for RB20DET, RB25DET, and RB26DETT engines, this kit is an ideal upgrade for standalone ECU installations, engine swaps, and high-performance RB builds.

Plug-and-Play Wiring

We’ve taken the guesswork out of wiring your new crank trigger.

Every kit includes a pre-built interface harness that connects the crank trigger system to the vehicle’s existing wiring, eliminating the need to build your own harness or figure out individual wiring connections.

Why 36-2?

A missing-tooth 36-2 trigger pattern provides the ECU with precise crankshaft position and engine speed information without relying on the aging factory CAS for the primary trigger signal.

The result is a clean, modern crank trigger solution that’s easy to integrate with many aftermarket ECUs.
